Please note that this does not mean the van will wait for 30 minutes. As pickup times cannot be predicted in advance, we kindly ask that you be ready and waiting in the lobby starting at 7:00, as the van may arrive at any time from 7:00 onward. Being in the lobby from 7:00 will help ensure you do not miss the pickup. As this is a join-in tour where the van visits several accommodations, please understand that the pickup may be slightly delayed beyond 7:30 due to traffic or delays at earlier stops. - The tour operates in rainy weather, even during the rainy season from May to October. We kindly recommend bringing an umbrella or raincoat. - The access to the trekking trail may be restricted due to high water levels, as determined by the National Park authorities. These situations are uncommon and difficult to predict in advance. Additionally, on rare occasions, some areas in Doi Inthanon may be closed due to official Royal visits. This is beyond our control and cannot be predicted in advance. In these cases, refunds will not be provided. We sincerely appreciate your kind understanding. The itinerary may also be adjusted on-site by the local guide for safety or operational reasons.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded. Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted. Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
