07:00am to 07:30am pick up at your Hotel/Guesthouse/Hostel
We start the tour with a 45min drive to a local market, where you can have a coffee or buy some snacks and personal supplies if you want. Then itโs another 30min until we arrive at the starting point, where we give you a short instruction and set off on our hike to the Karen Village. On the way we enjoy the landscape which offers stunning views towards the mountains. The well tended farmland we passing through, gives you an idea about the connection between the people and the nature.
After relaxing for a while at the village, where you can observe the daily life of the Karen, we hike to a beautiful waterfall, where you can swim or just relax in the shade. We also will have our lunch break here.
Once lunch is finished we continue hiking to another hilltribe village. On the way we stop at three waterfalls to refresh and relax our feet. During the hike donโt hesitate to ask our guides about the unique Fauna and Flora. For example the Doi Inthanon Area is famous for bird watching, as nearly 400 bird varieties live there- more than in any other habitat in Thailand. The forests here are also one of the last habitats of the Asiatic Black Bear, the Assamese Macaque and a selection of other monkeys and gibbons. With some luck you might also be able to see some of them.
After a long but amazing day we take the truck back to Chiang Mai, where we arrive around 06:00pm.

Enjoy a convenient pick-up at your hotel in Old Chiang Mai Town, Night Bazaar (7.00-7.30 AM), Nimman Haemin, and Santitham areas. (7.30-8.00 AM)
VIsit a local market
After driving 45mins, visit local market where you can have a coffee or buy some snacks and personal supplies if you want.

Start Trekking
We start hiking toward a Karen village, enjoying beautiful mountain views and farmland along the way. After a short break at the village, we continue to a waterfall where you can relax, swim, and have lunch. After lunch, we hike to another hill tribe village, stopping at a few waterfalls to rest. Along the way, you can see various plants and animals, and with some luck, even spot wildlife like monkeys.
Return to Hotels
After a long but amazing day we take the truck back to Chiang Mai, where we arrive around 06:00pm. Please note that drop-off time may vary due to traffic conditions or other unforeseen factors.

As this is a join-in tour where the van visits several accommodations, please understand that the pickup may be slightly delayed beyond 7:30 due to traffic or delays at earlier stops. - The tour operates in rainy weather, even during the rainy season from May to October. We kindly recommend bringing an umbrella or raincoat. - What you should bring with you: : Good shoes and socks (maybe extra sandals), Sun protection & Insect repellant, Umbrella or rain jacket (depending the season), Towel and swimming suit, Toilet paper, personal medicine , Money for the market, drinks and other personal needs
